RETURN POLICY

At our  outlet store all sales are final.

For store purchases all merchandise should be inspected by the buyer before paying and loading the merchandise to their car. 

For online purchases. During the facetime call while buying, customer should inspect merchandise and ask all necessary questions ( color , height, depth, weight and other specifications).

Prior to shipping we inspect all merchandise and make sure it ships in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT!!!

First: Please inspect PACKAGING for any physical damages upon delivery and NOTE if the box is damaged ( torn , damaged , any holes , broken packaging ).

Second: Before signing the delivery slip open the box and thoroughly inspect the merchandise! If merchandise is damaged please write "DAMAGED" ON A DELIVERY SLIP AND REJECT SHIPMENT. Please take pictures of the damages and the delivery slip and send all this info to our email within 24 hours from delivery time.
